Gail & I started Sunshine Coast Airport Transfers 9 years ago. We have really enjoyed driving our clients, and even more so the relationships that have grown from doing that. That said, driving clients while doing sales, marketing, communications, logistics, scheduling, administration and accounting seven days a week was always going to catch up with us.

One of our colleagues founded Need A Ride Club. A rewards and loyalty program bringing together passengers, resellers and operators of ground transport onto a single technology platform.

Rather than selling our business Gail and I are able to retain our relationships with long standing clients. We now entrust the Need A Ride driver network with fulfilling client transfers for us, freeing our time to be in a position of offering you better customer support.
